トヨタケンタッキー州ジョージタウン工場で教育部門の通訳、ケンタッキー州立大学、ルイビル州立大学、
インディアナ州立大学コンピュータサイエンス講師を経て、松下電器産業（現パナソニック）電子管社現地法人IT・ERPマネジャー、
シークス矢崎総業SCM・電子部品VMIプロジェクトマネジャー終了後、サンデンにて主管として生産管理、グローバル人事、
経営企画に所属。

Thesis Title: A Living Systems Process Analysis of a Japanese Business Organization (The paper was presented at the 30th conference of the Society for General Systems Research at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania).
